Shipping policy
- Each order is embroidered to order. We dispatch it in about 2 to 5 working days after you order.
- It is delivered in about 8 to 14 working days from your order, with a tracking number sent by email. These times are estimates, not guarantees.
- Delivery is free on all orders to the United Kingdom. [to be confirmed: whether delivery covers Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man]
- A matching set (two garments) goes in one parcel, once both embroideries are finished.
- If your order is late compared with these times, email hellocustom.fr@gmail.com with your order number.
- If we haven't delivered within 30 days of your order, or by a later date we agreed with you, you can ask us to deliver within a further reasonable period and, if we still don't, end the contract and get a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. See our Terms of Sale.
- Your parcel is our responsibility until it reaches you. If it arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email us and we'll sort it out.
