FAQ

Your questions before you order

Can I send my set back if I change my mind?

No: each set is embroidered for you, in your sizes and colours, so it can't be sent back for a simple change of mind. But if we've made a mistake (design, size, embroidery fault), we'll replace it free of charge.

How long until it arrives?

Your set is embroidered to order and dispatched in 2 to 5 working days, then delivered in about 8 to 14 working days from your order. You'll get your tracking number by email as soon as it's dispatched.

Does the embroidery survive the wash?

Yes. It's thread stitched into the fabric, not a print that can crack. Machine wash at 30°C with the garment inside out, and it should keep its colours for years.

Where are you based?

HelloCustom is a French brand, and our customer service is based in France. We reply 7 days a week, within 24 hours, at hellocustom.fr@gmail.com or on Instagram.

How do I choose my size?

Our clothes fit true to size: choose your usual size. For a roomier fit, go up one size. The size guide is just above the size options, with measurements in centimetres and inches.

I chose the wrong size or colour, what do I do?

Email us straight away with your order number. As long as the embroidery hasn't started, we'll correct it free of charge.

Can I get two different designs?

Yes. Just add two matching sets to your basket. Handy if you want the same design in two colours, or a second set to give as a gift.

Do you make custom designs?

It depends on the design. Send us your idea in a private message on Instagram and we'll let you know quickly if we can do it.
