What people ask us before ordering
Which photo should I use for the best result?
Ideally a front-on photo in natural light with a plain background. The more clearly you can see the face and the fur or features, the better. Don't worry if your photo isn't perfect: we'll email you if needed and we can make adjustments together before we embroider.
How long does delivery take?
Allow 10 to 20 working days from your order to delivery. You'll get a preview to approve by email within 24 hours; once you've approved it, we'll start making your order. For a gift (Christmas, a birthday, Mother's Day), order at least 3 weeks ahead.
Can I change the design before embroidery?
Yes, absolutely. You get a digital preview by email before we start the embroidery. Unlimited touch-ups until you're completely happy with the result. We only embroider once you've approved it.
Is it real embroidery or a print?
It's real embroidery: full-colour, high-density thread. It has texture, you can feel it, and it's made to last, unlike some prints that can crack after a few washes.
What if the size doesn't fit?
If the size isn't right, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it free of charge. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original gift pouch.
As the design is personalised, we can't offer a refund for a change of size, but we'll swap it at no cost for the size you want, with exactly the same embroidery. If the item is faulty, your statutory rights are not affected.

Can you embroider more than one pet?
Yes, up to 4 portraits on the same sweatshirt. Pets, people, or a mix of both. [[PRICE: +20 EUR]] per extra portrait.
Do you only do dogs and cats?
Not at all! We can embroider almost any animal from a photo: all we need is the picture and the job's done. We've already embroidered parrots, goldfish and hamsters.
My pet has passed away, can I still order?
Yes, and it's a very common reason to order. Send us your favourite photo of them, we'll show you the portrait, you approve it, and nothing is embroidered before that. Take all the time you need.
It's a gift. How do I order?
You place the order, send us a photo of the person's pet (ask a friend or relative if you need to), and we take care of the rest.
